* Text the office at 813-955-0268 upon arrival (name & appointment time). We will text you back when we are ready for you to enter the office.
* Only the patient receiving treatment are permitted in the office and/or operatory. For minor children or special needs patients we will allow 1 person in the office.
* Screening questions, prior to and day of, as well as temperature checks upon arrival are mandatory at each visit
* Office hours are: Monday – Thursday 7am to 5pm (closed 12-1 for lunch).
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable.
Our office follows recommendations made by the American Dental Association, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure our procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.

The following is list of some additional changes and policies that we will be enforcing:
1. Our office will communicate with you upon scheduling to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked these same questions again when you are in the office.
2. We have hand sanitizer at the front desk and ask that you use it upon entering the office.
3. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean you are offered fewer scheduling options. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times as well as reduce the number of patients in the reception room at one time.
